trafficextravaganza general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. trafficextravaganza reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by trafficextravaganza if trafficextravaganza determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
trafficextravaganza.a1te.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
No popups, downloads, frame breakers, re-directs, audio, PTP, fly-ins, video, slide-ins, non-family friendly sites, controversial or rotators allowed! NO HYIP Sites (High Yeild Investment Program) All sites, banners and text ads must be 100% ENGLISH. Your site cannot launch any JavaScript alert/popup that requires user input to allow surfing to continue. Site that freezes the browser window or stops the surf timer. We DO NOT accept sites with porn, adult content, warez, illegal copied software or offensive content. We do not accept sites with primary religious content. Traffic Extravaganza will be the sole decision maker in regards to approving or declining your Web site.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. trafficextravaganza.a1te.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of trafficextravaganza.a1te.com policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless http://trafficextravaganza.a1te for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. trafficextravaganza.a1te.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
trafficextravaganza.a1te.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. trafficextravaganza.a1te.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. trafficextravaganza.a1te.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that trafficextravaganza.a1te.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. trafficextravaganza shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
**trafficextravaganza.a1te.com does not pay cash. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. We do not purchase credits from members. Nothing on our site including referrals provide a cash benefit. We only provide credits that can be used on our website subject to the terms outlined on this page.
We not responsible for the income claims or promises with sites in rotation. Please research all business opportunities before you join them. Be sure to visit your local Better Business Bureau, and other consumer awareness organizations before you invest any amount of money! You join any program at your own risk.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
